Join a Squad
Powerbase works with certified, qualified contractors in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, energy auditing, and weatherization. Each squad is supported by a Squad Lead and a Local Project Manager who serve as the liaison between our contractors and the local households in each community.
Powerbase provides back office support, sources jobs, coordinates installations and upgrades, manages rebates and incentives, and provides financing support for contractors. Interested in joining a squad?
